 EQUIPPING
Latinos have the willingness and the availability, but seem to lack relevant Latino models, training and resources. We see this as a unique period of openness for equipping Latin youth, their leaders, parents and pastors. This future generation of Christians is fertile in potential that need only be cultivated. LTM is focused to create relevant, innovative resources that transform youth ministry throughout Latin America and beyond. Our commitment begins with the youth and continues through their families and local church leaders.
PARTNERSHIPS
As a result, LTM partners with local churches, para church and missions organizations and others who share our passion for equipping the Latin community of the world. Together with our partners, we develop and provide culturally relevant training and resources.
TRAINING SERVICES
Our regional events include workshops for the Latin youth culture. Our Mentor Certification Program empowers nationals to train youth leaders in their own contexts. Each year, evangelistic outreaches are sponsored regionally, reaching tens of thousands of young men and women with the gospel of Christ. These major events are supported by workshops and seminars speaking to current pressing issues that concern the youth, youth leaders, parents and pastors.
PRACTICAL RESOURCES
LTM communicates practical Biblical principles through audio visual materials including videos, books, devotionals, magazines, comics, newsletters, radio and TV specials, and the world-wide-web.
NETWORKS
LTM believes in bringing people together with the purpose of building bridges and strategic alliances that will continue to expand God’s kingdom.

TODAY 35% OF THE WORLD’S POPULATION IS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 24*. YET YOUTH MINISTRY IS A LARGELY NEGLECTED FIELD IN MOST SPANISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES.

| ABOUT JEFFREY D. DE LEON, Ph.D. |
| Is
the founder and President of Leadership Training Ministries. As a dynamic
international speaker since 1986, he has spoken to tens of thousands
of youth, youth workers, pastors and parents throughout the Spanish
speaking world and North America. He has authored articles, published
books and has been features in Hispanic youth magazines, Christian TV
and radio programs. His radio program "Al Punto"(to the point) is transmitted
to more than 23 countries around the world. Born in Guatemala, Central
America, he is highly respected husband, father and minister with a
passion for reaching youth. Jeffrey D. De León received a Masters in
Bible and Theology from Columbia International University, and a Ph.D.
in Educational Studies with an specialization in Youth Leadership Development
from Trinity International University. |
